Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Casepanorama, operated by Casepanorama Inc., a Delaware C-Corp. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your content

You own what you upload and write. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it only to provide the service, including sending it to AI providers for drafting and serving what you publish. You are responsible for having the right to show every image, logo, and brand asset you publish, and for honoring any confidentiality obligations you have.

AI drafts

Drafts are generated from your inputs and may contain mistakes. Review everything before you publish. Casepanorama is designed not to add facts you did not supply, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of what you publish.

Plans and billing

Prices are in US dollars. Paid plans renew monthly or annually until canceled. Cancel any time from Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not offer partial refunds except where required by law.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no content you lack rights to, no attempts to break limits or security, and no automated scraping of other people's portfolios.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
