Care
What we will never do with your work.
A case study is a public claim about real people and real clients. These standards are enforced in code, not just promised.
01 · Facts only
Only what you supplied.
Casepanorama writes only from your notes, the fields you fill in, your answers to its questions, and what is visible in your images. It does not invent metrics, clients, awards, team sizes, dates, or outcomes.
Where a number would help, it asks for one. A facts guard removes any sentence with a number you did not type before you ever see it.
02 · NDA mode
Blur on the server, mask by name.
Draw rectangles over anything confidential. Those regions are downsampled and blurred on our server every time the image is served publicly or exported, so the original pixels never reach a visitor. The original stays in your private studio.
Client-name masking replaces every mention of the client with a descriptor you choose, such as "a regional bank", in the published page and the PDF.
03 · Rights to show
Logos only with your confirmation.
Client logos, brand assets, and photography appear in a published case study only after you confirm you have the right to show them. Publishing requires that confirmation every time. If a client asks us to take something down, we will contact you first and act quickly.
04 · Privacy
Private until you publish.
Uploads are stored privately and served only through routes that check ownership or publication. We never use your uploads or writing to train models, ours or anyone's. The homepage demo stores nothing.
Export everything as a zip from Settings at any time. Delete your account and every stored image is deleted, for real, not hidden. Your data
