Casepanorama Inc. ("Casepanorama", "we") operates casepanorama.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Account information you give us (name, email, password hash), content you upload or write (images, notes, case studies, answers), portfolio settings, support and form messages, and limited technical data (IP address for rate limiting and security, browser type). On paid plans we count portfolio views without cookies using a daily salted hash.

How we use it

To provide the service: drafting case studies with AI providers acting as our processors, storing and serving your work, publishing what you choose to publish, billing, support, and security. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell personal information.

Processors

Vercel (hosting and storage), AI model providers (drafting, under terms that exclude training on inputs), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Google (if you sign in with Google).

Retention

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your data immediately from production and from backups within 30 days. Form messages are kept for up to two years.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, and delete your data from Settings, or by writing to us. Residents of California, the EEA, and the UK have additional rights, which we honor for everyone.
